Calm.

This is something we strive for at tashvock design collective. While the rest of the world seems to have the faster, stronger, hustle harder mentality we prefer a flexible yet structured and systematic process that keeps our work well-thought-out and the walls from falling in on us.

Is it easy? No. Does it happen ALL THE TIME. No. But we strive for it.

We learned more than a few good tips from the book It Doesn’t Have to Be Crazy at Work by Jason Fried and David Heinemeier Hansson, founders of Basecamp. Highly recommend.
